Scripture is inspired by God, without error and it is our full and final authority on all matters of faith and practice.

Because none of us are perfect, we acknowledge both our strengths and our weaknesses as we pursue holiness and unity as a church. Truth-telling and biblical conflict resolutions are essential to relational authenticity.

We Value People

People matter to God, so they matter to us. Our words and actions will demonstrate our love for God by loving others, including those outside the faith. We will not sacrifice our ability to Love people because of programming or tradition.

We Value Family

We have a plan to minister to all ages, marital status and parenting stages to produce lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.

We Value Multiplication

We value the personal sharing of our faith and the multi-site church model over a mega-site church model. We will be strategic in planting various models of churches, passing on our organizational DNA.
