SYNC with God’s vision and plan for your life through Discipleship, via small groups, classes and accountability relationships.

ENGAGE all people by serving them with the gifts and talents that God has given you.

IGNITE the World with God’s Love through Outreach and Missions, sharing the Gospel to local communities and the world.

 

 

Why do we do it?

 

We Value Biblical Authority

Scripture is inspired by God, without error and it is our full and final authority on all matters of faith and practice.

We Value Authenticity

Because none of us are perfect, we acknowledge both our strengths and our weaknesses as we pursue holiness and unity as a church. Truth-telling and biblical conflict resolutions are essential to relational authenticity.

 

We Value People

People matter to God, so they matter to us. Our words and actions will demonstrate our love for God by loving others, including those outside the faith. We will not sacrifice our ability to Love people because of programming or tradition.

We Value Family

We have a plan to minister to all ages, marital status and parenting stages to produce lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.

We Value Multiplication

We value the personal sharing of our faith and the multi-site church model over a mega-site church model. We will be strategic in planting various models of churches, passing on our organizational DNA.

We Value Excellence

Through planning and intentionality, we pursue excellence as our desire to honor God and inspire people in their relationship with God.

Effectively and Creatively Communicate the Bible in a culturally relevant manner, but without compromise.

We partner with other churches and organizations to creatively embrace new methods to reach the local community, our neighbors and the entire world for Christ.
